A Skirt becomes a Dress

Shaina had found a beautiful rust colored chiffon skirt. The problem was that she was hoping for a dress.  We found a gold chiffon with a lovely shimmer to build a top, but this dress gets you in the details. A brown dupioni band at the waist added some really nice, but subtle texture behind the applique. The colors in the stones played off all of the colors of the dress really nicely. As a little touch to the skirt we added a few layers for fun. It's time for the party!
